Apprentices shall be paid a progressively increasing schedule of wages based on either a percentage or a dollar amount of the current hourly journeyworker wage, which is: $33.00.


Our learning platform includes self paced, hybrid, and online modules  over 24 months along with employment in various divisions of the company while you are learning.  

You will be doing some administrative work, learning the processes of the company, work learning various robots used in the company, as well as assisting our sales team, learning how to repair robotics, and continuing your hybrid training on a daily basis.

You will be assigned to team projects that vary from working in the Agricultural field to assisting with a project with a National Laboratory, or Airport. (examples only)

You will start at 25-30 hours per week, with increasing hours as you learn and earn.


Minimum Requirements to be an Apprentice

 The apprentice must be at least 18 years of age, except where a higher age is required by law, and must be employed to learn an apprenticeship occupation.

Educational requirement of High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) equivalency.

Physical requirement of:

Physically capable of light and heavy lifting. Lifting heavy material, climbing ladders, bending, standing for long period and vision (with or without glasses/contacts)

A valid driver's license is required.


Term of Apprenticeship

4000 hours (2 years)
includes completion  of 2000 hours of OJT/OJL and 2000 hours awarded for Completion of 6 Core Competency Areas and required Certifications, supplemented by the minimum required 527 hours of related instruction.

IDENTIFY BASIC OPERATING FEATURES OF A VEHICLE FLIGHT
ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT RESEARCH ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT OF INDUSTRIAL OF DEVELOPMENTACTIVITIES
